01 / EQUIPMENT

Ready on day one.

Who purchases and manages equipment?

Runway handles sourcing, purchasing, initial setup, and delivery. The Standard Equipment Package is charged to the client at $1,500.

Can clients specify their own requirements?

Yes. Clients can provide hardware requirements or specifications. Runway can source the requested equipment and bill it at actual cost.

Can contractors use their own equipment?

Yes. Clients can agree that potential professionals will use their own equipment, or coordinate with Runway on a leasing agreement.

What if equipment is damaged?

Runway can troubleshoot the device, coordinate warranty or repair where applicable, and arrange replacement equipment when necessary.

What happens when an engagement ends?

Runway retrieves the equipment, wipes it, and prepares it for reassignment. If it is unusable, Runway retires the device.

02 / ADDITIONAL IT COSTS

Approval comes first.

What additional costs should clients expect?

Outside the Standard Equipment Package, costs may arise from client requests or equipment needs. Runway communicates and bills these as applicable.

How are custom purchases handled?

Runway can source equipment or accessories requested outside the Standard Equipment Package and bill the client at actual cost.

How are software costs handled?

If the client does not provide required software or subscriptions directly, Runway can purchase them on the client’s behalf. Licensing costs are billed to the client.

Are costs incurred without approval?

No. Runway communicates non-standard purchases, repairs, replacements, and software costs that add charges before proceeding.
